| The Zward is hit! Look at the buckled wheel & Watch out for those aggressive cars my dear Fireflies. Goat & I were training on the East Way Cycle Circuit, on the way back I was hit by a loony driver who cut across my right of way, I went over his bonnet and windscreen, my bike was mangled - A total write off - Luckily I am ok. No breakages, just badly bruised legs and twisted wrists. Fortunately for us the Police were there in seconds to deal with the obscenely aggressive driver who was going to attack The Goat & The Zward.  Take care now, keep up the training regimes, but beware the evil. Photograph c/o Goat. n.b. A very hot bath & exceptionally tasty cheese has proved to be very soothing after the crash.
